Eric Radde - The Master of Meticulosity
An eye for detail and a flair for the dramatic, as well as a love for singing songs from Grease at the top of his lungs, set Eric apart from every other creative director. Sure he has garnered a variety of awards and accolades throughout his career, but they have never been the driving force behind his work. The true driving force is the challenge of discovering what sets one company or product apart from the competition and then translating that into a cohesive creative campaign. And his nature of perfectionism ensures that the finished product is as great as the initial concept. When you meet him, be sure to ask him to sing for you.
Scott Frazier - The Talker
Scott has worked in a variety of different capacities throughout his career in advertising. From a designer and creative director to an account manager and director of business development he has touched almost every aspect of agency life. Over the years he realized his true talent was for schmoozing. That makes him perfect for front line contact with our clients. Quite often the new clients he attracts to cue:creative request that he remain as their primary contact. It isnt a surprise to anyone who has spent some time talking with him. Oh sure, you may have heard some of his stories before, but theyre just as amusing the second time around. Next time you meet with him, ask him about the time he met Bernadette Peters. Its a great story.
Ron Stafford - The Realist
As our media director, Ron is constantly seeking the most effective means of implementing the work we produce. Often this calls for him to be as creative as anyone in our creative department proof that creativity isnt a departmental function. What makes him a realist, however, is his understanding of what can and cannot be accomplished with each clients budget. He is always seeking the appropriate vehicles that enhance the messages, and drive consist results. Sometimes his solutions will surprise you, but you can be certain they are always a result of comprehensive thought. But please, dont ask him if hes an optimist or a pessimist. His realism runs deep.
